Al Gore is a public confession. |

Inexplicably, my wife and I caught about half an episode of Glee the other night. Who knows if they can sing? Virtually every note was auto-tuned (computer filtered to be on pitch). My wife picked up on it, too.
Last night, however, I caught about a 1/2 hour of a recent Elvis Costello concert. At 56, he was fantastic... without computers. Perfect? No. Fantastic? Si. |

In my first time voting, I helped to re-elect President Bill Clinton. |

I thought I knew how to smoke a pipe before I knew how to smoke a pipe.
Which causes me to wonder whether I know how to smoke a pipe.
While I wonder that, I think I'll smoke a pipe. |

On the advice of two good friends (one woman, one straight man, just for the record), I tried watching 'Glee'.
I'm REALLY liking it. It's funny. And most of the songs are fun to listen to. |

Sometimes I laugh so hard I get light headed. One time I actually passed out. Freaked out Mrs. DL something fierce. |

I know 'The Karate Kid' by heart.
And 'A Few Good Men'.
And 'Dirty Dancing'. |

I've never read or seen the Lord of the Rings.
I own all three books, and all three DVD's. I've watched the first hour of FR about four or five times, but never beyond that. |
