McClelland's makes some of the most affordable and good quality bulk Va's, IMHO. If you want tangy, though, I don't think of 5100 as tangy but more earthy like most red Virginias. While I'm not a huge fan of bright Virginia's (I prefer reds,) 5115 seems to fit that bill based on the description although I've never tried it. I'm also a big fan of Stokkebye's Luxury Navy Flake as well as Bullseye Flake. Both very tasty Virginia's and very affordable.
