Daylight Savings Time

Post by Del » Sat Mar 13, 2010 10:05 pm

Be sure to set your clock forward one hour tonight.

You'll lose an hour, but it's worth it to save all of that daylight.

For years and years, folks got along with an old grandfather's clock,
or even just an old sun dial, sitting out on a rock.
Then the dollar watch had had its day, and the wrist watch entered fine.
Then along came a man who ruined us all with daylight savings time.

Oh, I'm a-huntin' the man who first thought up daylight savings time.

or something like that

That is true, and Chik-fil-A is awesome.

I hate DST, it's stupid, I want my hour back, and I wish they would just choose one time and stick with it.

Not a fan of DST here. As if working night shift doesn't mess up my normal biological rythms enough already.

Daylight savings time always really bugged me as well. Just as it was becoming light out when i leave for work in the mornings, bam! time change.

For some reason, waking up and getting ready in the daylight always made me feel better for the the entire day.

I would like to protest DST. Looking for your input on what might be appropriate, outside of, "Move to Arizona."

Still despise DST. Dumbest thing our government has ever imposed on us.
