Most recent cheese? Trust me, you don't wanna know. Involved me leaning to the left while seated, AKA the Mississippi Lean.

Picked up some hickory smoked cheddar with horseradish at the orchard the other day. Been snacking on it with apples the last few nights while watching baseball. Excellent cheese. Just excellent.

I've been carving away at a wedge of Jarlsberg meself. Just plain, with a good beer (New Belgium's Blue Paddle).

I actually like marinated mozzarella. Just had some yesterday. I also love pepperjack on my sandwiches. Had some on one today for lunch in fact.

Good stuff. The really good Emmenthaler Swiss was $20 a pound, so I went with the Jarlsberg at $13.78. Was great on the burgers.

Thanks for reminding me how to spell it...
