Automatic drip of Guatemala Antigua Finca La Folie home roasted earlier this week.

1. Prepare the coffee maker
2. Add water
3. Weigh beans
4. Grind beans (medium grind)
5. Add fresh roasted beans to basket. I'm not using a paper filter, otherwise I would have rinsed the filter after step 1.

Delicious for an automatic method. Some chocolate notes and while it cooled it had a nice, but not over powering, nut flavor.
