My wife found a coffee from a small roaster in Pueblo and they had a blend that they roasted and then put the beans in a wine barrel, or maybe they put the beans in the barrel before they roasted them...anyway the beans have a subtle scent of wine. She put some under the tree for me at Christmas and I broke the beans out this weekend, and I brewed a pot this morning and brought it with me to work. Very nice...but doesn't taste like wine.
