We are big fans.
I've done French press in the past but I love that Chemex gives you full submersion brewing With the filter. Best of both worlds to me.

Did a photo shoot for a coffee shop a while back and they gifted us a setup as a thank you.

Costco makes a good fine ground coffee. "Kirkland Signature Columbia Supremo."
