Just one? Those things are the best. When I get them, I always get them in twos. Pancakes, with solidified maple syrup built into them, sandwiching a sausage patty. Portable and delicious. Sheer genius!

Yup. The McGriddle's developer deserves an award, but for some reason, they leave my mouth feeling coated, which is unpleasant, but totally worth it for the the blood-sugar spiking deliciousness they contain.

Love 'em. I've alluded to this before, but I keep kind of an odd diet these days, and it seems to work for me. Raw egg yolks (don't eat raw whites, it's necessary to cook them to denature the avidin, the biotin constrictor they contain) are one of the quickest things I can eat, since I don't need to cook them, hence their application in my first breakfast. They're chock full of vitamins and good fats. Plus, what else can you prepare in a minute, eat in a few seconds, and contains about 250 calories? It's perfect when I'm in a hurry.
