I like it.
No hand-of-God photoshopping. I'll leave that to Terry Gilliam.

Though this was a product of photoshop: a combination of two images, the second shot immediately after the first. Two layers, combined via Lighten to take the brightest of each.

And as long as I'm being self-serving, two of my personal favorites (so far), a candid of the maid of honor and another pic of AlwaysStaringAtDoors and his radiant daughter...

I have a granddaughter who has super talent in photography. I enjoyed your pictures so much. I especially enjoyed relaxing in "being there" but not having to swat at any mosquitoes! :)

The image we got on a mid-twenties day with little wind that still resulted in red noses and shivering, as opposed to dad's original suggestion of a mid-teens and windy day. I win.

I love your work, Skip.
Thanks for sharing it.

This blue-eyed redhead was a blast to photograph and a royal pain to post-process; she's so photogenic that it's been a major hassle just to decide on which photos will get delivered and what I'll do with them. Black and white, color, whatever. She looks great in all of them. We've known her parents for decades and mom was along for the session, so the side conversations were a blast.

Nice picture! I'm curios if this was done with multiple images or some sort of HDR filter in post. I do a little photography myself and have always been interested in getting into HDR. On a side note, do you have any advice on editing software cheaper than a photoshop subscription. I'm currently using GIMP, but I'm always interested in learning about something new. It sounds like you post most of your photos other places like FB, but feel free to post here more often. We like your work!
