I've been working alot out-of-town lately and just got back home for a short weekend late Friday, stopped by one of my locals and got lucky to find some of my favorite beer: Bell's Special Double Cream Stout.

It's seasonal and made in limited quanities, so it's always a celebration when I get my hands on some, they had 2 sixpax and I bought them both,
this is really good stuff!

Not right now, but last night I made a new drink: spiced rum, club soda, and lemon juice. Is that a thing? If it's not, it should be!

It's a chilly, windy day here, so I'm going for cinnamon spice tea.

Of course I drink that on hot, dry summer days as well, but I was going for the Fall image here, 'k?

Gordon's gin straight like a middle aged woman on a diet. I did pour some pineapple juice into this last cup from a pineapple I cut up earlier.

Not at this hour of the day, of course, but I have been savoring a small bottle of Kirkland Signature Tequila Extra Añejo (ultra aged). Tequila aged more than 3 years, an "Extra Añejo". Following the same rule as an "Añejo", the distillers must age the spirit in barrels. What I have has been aged in American Oak barrels.
