I haven't been posting much to this thread...so...last night 3.2 miles on the road with some sprints.

The last 3 weeks I've only done 2 runs/week. Need to get back to 3/week.

I'm on the first page of this thread saying "I'm in", but it took me until about two and a half weeks ago to actually get going. I'm creeping up on 50 miles since. Plenty of those have been walking, but I'll get back to where I once was eventually. It ain't been pretty, but I'm doing it. I gained about 65 lbs after I quit running a few year ago, so the first goal is to get rid of that. After that, maybe a half marathon. I don't see myself wanting to run anymore fulls, but who knows.

I think the best thing I did for fat loss was cutting out sugar, corn syrup, and white flour. And drinking lots of water.

I've been doing either 1.6 or 3.2 miles. One or the other. It's just been too hot to try to increase mileage. I'm looking forward to milder weather.

Running Warehouse has some Hokas on sale at the moment. I have thoroughly enjoyed my Cliftons and would recommend them to anyone who runs on the road.

2 and a quarter last night. Have been slacking, resting, getting fat the last month. Time to get back to it.

I have been super stiff since Saturday. I think the weather has a lot to do with it. It makes me feel like not doing anything...but exercising always helps. I plan on 3.2 miles this evening on the road.

Ran my first 5k in a L O N G time. Felt surprisingly good.

2 mile jog with a 2 mile walk yesterday on the road with my wife. Felt good.

Been enjoying me some Hoka Gaviotta's. Put 150 miles on them over the past two months. Really nice ride.

Ran the Runner's World Half Marathon in them in October - second time I'd run that event - shaved 20 minutes off of my time from last year.

Oh, wow. I missed this. Glad to see you post.

I still love the Hokas. I'm looking to get my wife a new pair for Christmas or her birthday.

I haven't been running much lately. I've been doing a strength training program, which will end in a few weeks, and it's just too hard to do that and run at the same time. I'll pick my running back up after the first of the year.
