UB had his share of 1s last night.

But I can still picture the slurred-speech inebriated peglegged dwarven cleric in chain mail leaping an eight-foot chasm past the dextrous hobbit thief still in recovery from not making the jump. And a couple of one-hit kills.

Karma's a b**** and Klonker will pay for it in the future, I'm sure...
You can picture that, eh?

No, translation not needed. Bob didn't pull his weight, screwed somebody over, and will be dealt with accordingly.

It's not that Bob didn't pull his weight, it's that he failed spectacularly - highlighted by the party member who should've failed actually succeeding in the most epic fashion. Insult to injury.

Sort of. I was standing next to a sleeping ogre, cast a chromatic orb spell, and missed! Well, it turned out that the software failed to add a bonus to my attack for sleeping/prone so it was corrected. I also had some other spectacular fail rolls. Skip's one-legged dwarf jumping an 8 foot chasm while another player's acrobat failed was, in a word, epic.

So tuttle doesn't have time every other week to spend time with us, but he can start up a multi-month study on Augustine.

Pepik, is there a save for this?

It's like when your bard wiggles his butt in front of a pack of ghouls and snags Line-of-Sight aggro, then 'trains the rest of the group.

It's just a bad idea all around.

Yeah. Except for the consternation that Pepik would feel while making us roll-up new characters, that would have been a TPK.
