humidor plans

Post by mont974x4 » Thu Jun 15, 2017 8:01 pm

Do any of you fine woodworkers happen to have decent plans for a nice humidor?
I have gotten my new co-worker smoking pipes again. He had one several years ago. He is a cigar and whiskey guy too. He is going to help me pick a few cigars. I would like to build a nice humidor to store them.
It sounded better when the voices in my head were saying it.

Box making is an art form, especially when you need things to fit perfectly like for a humidor. I am not an artist. I can make boxes look good from about four or five feet away, but that fine joinery skill escapes me.

Anyway, I used to have some PDF plans somewhere. I'll dig around and see if I can find them.

Edit - I think this is the one I saved:

Thank you to The Tobacco Fairy, whoever you are, for offering a humidor. I am humbled by your generosity and don't know what to say, except...thank you.
