Grilled chicken breasts, brown rice and butter, California vegetable mix. It's in the high 60's today so I might as well grill.

Gorton's grilled tilapia, steamed broccoli, rice, and baked potato. Wife's gallbladder almost killed her last night (hence the Cheerios dinner for me) so trying to eat a little less greasy.
