Fajita Thursday today. Will use the mesquite I brought back from South Texas for grilling.
As thus we sat in darkness
Each one busy with his prayers,
"We are lost!" the captain shouted,
As he staggered down the stairs.

O love the Lord, all ye His saints: for the Lord preserveth the faithful. Psalm 31:23

Socca, with olive oil for dipping, and mustard greens from the back yard garden.
As thus we sat in darkness
Each one busy with his prayers,
"We are lost!" the captain shouted,
As he staggered down the stairs.

Most everything at my house is packed for the move, so it's Hibachi Shrimp from Tokyo Grill for me. The fridge is unplugged and it won't be cold enough outside tonight to store the leftovers so I'll have to eat the whole thing. Darn the luck.
