Last night: 5k jog interspersed with stairs. Woot!

This morning: Bunch of pushing exercises (pushups, dips, overhead press) and lunges.

I took the stairs to our Kalispell office.
It sounded better when the voices in my head were saying it.

I've done a set of basic Pilates exercises every morning since April 1 (no foolin' ). Started with five beginner's exercises, now up to ten. Takes just about ten minutes. I haven't missed a day in these 3 1/2 months, which is a first for me, and although I'll be 66 in 13 days, I feel better physically than I have ever felt in my life. I will be adding some moves from Paleo Fitness https://www.amazon.com/Paleo-Fitness-Tr ... 1612431658 in the next few weeks. It took me a long time to hook into the joy of moving and taking care of my body, but way better late than never.

I continue to bike in the very late afternoons, as the blistering summer Arizona sun is dying in the West. Usually about 30 minutes. Last part is almost all gradual down hill and refreshing, as I look forward to my evening happy hour and evening smoke.

5k+ jog with stairs the last 1/3

I've hit some goals with benchmark bodyweight exercises the last few weeks. Feels good.

Still bicycling--though not as far as I go in cooler weather. The chain had been noisy for some time and this afternoon I finally devoted some time to clean and lube the gears and chain. Silent shifting again.

Today I went to the gym and worked the core muscles and then after dinner we went on a three mile Pokemon Go hike with the family and dog.

Weighted pullups and pushups and dips, then 1.6 miles of jog/sprint. Just about died.

Played baseball tonight. Hit a nice single, but let up halfway there so they could throw me out and I wouldn't have to run anymore. Seriously.

Take a syringe and suck the fluid out, then inject Super Glue, Heals right up. Burns like you could not even imagine.

I usually take a short bike ride, but this evening fertilized and deep watered the 2 palm trees in the sidewalk median.

You were humping the palm trees? I'll bet that causes chafe. We don't have palm trees so if they have smooth bark that's unknown to me. Sidewalk medians are rare too. Mostly the snowplows would dig them up. The sidewalks abut the road.

I was out raking pine needles - white pine.

Though it is not too sweet, the citreous marble design is refreshing womanfully, and a mood rises just to have.
