A boatload of chinups and crunches this morning. My back went out a little yesterday for no particular reason. Crunches actually seem to help.

After work: Long run with my wife.

Been slacking the last couple of weeks because of extra responsibilities I had tend to.

I'd been working on hitting 25 reps chin ups in the morning with my routine. I got there once - with proper rest and good fuel. I'm maxing at about 21 now and each set decreases from there. Trying to get in 100 3x a week. It seems like its rather good cardio too.

I've started walking the stairs at work during my stretch breaks. I'm up to the 5th floor right now before giving out and turning around. 25 stairs per flight in this building (30 on the first flight).

I lay half naked for about 40 minutes today and had a technician hurt me over and over again as she pressed the tool up and down several times over the artery in my left leg, to take pictures to reveal if I had a blood clot or not. Pressing hard and holding it against the most obvious section that is swollen and red, REALLY hurt.

The doctor's wife/nurse phoned today to say no "eclusion" - (sp?) blockage. It is inflammation! Cause? To put on heat 2 or 3 times a day for over a week and return to be checked again. I'm thanking our FATHER in heaven this evening greatly! That was my exercise for this day!

Circuit of 35 crunches, 50 push-ups, 15 chin-ups x 5 and 3.5 mile jog on the road. I'm making it a goal to be able to get all that done within an hours time by the end of January.

I am beginning: 10 push-ups this morning.

A bunch of chin ups, rows; crunches ,ring push ups and dips, and shrugs this morning. I will go jogging later.

Spring weather sure makes a difference. I feel like I can breathe in the air in the whole room.

Walking.

Like, a lot.

Averaging 17.5k steps per day over the last month (around 8.5 miles).
