Liverwurst sandwich w/ sweet onions and mayo on French baguette. Kosher dill spears, cherry tomatoes, and home made pickled beets.

And a V-8 Bloody Mary.

Light lunch today. Low sodium Progresso SouthWest style Black Bean Soup, with Chipolte pepper.
