Bob's Red Mill10 GRAIN HOT CEREAL with a side of dry, whole wheat toast, fresh blueberries along with a tall, cold glass of Odwalla superfood. O.N. brand, Double Rich Chocolate 100% Whey protein shake for desert.. MMMmmm.. so good..

Even better! Mrs. Gabriel and the kids made some special treats for Vday - miniature pineapple upside-down cakes. You make pineapple upside down cakes in muffin tins. Much awesomeness. :dance:

Tofu fajitas prepared by my son. A first for me. A bit odd but okay. We finished them pretty quickly.

My son has ditched all red meat and much fat and sugar and simple carbs. He's 6'2" and about 165-170 pounds.

Not really lunch.... but for the kids' after-school program snack, it'll be cheesy chicken nuggets, french fries, sweet potato fries, pineapple, watermelon, and chocolate chip crispies

Bean borrito made with homemade refried beans, homemade whole wheat tortillas and roasted garlic and ghost pepper hot sauce. Grapes on the side and water to drink.
