Font Style

Post by peter cornbriar » Sun Mar 12, 2017 8:56 am

Good Morning Sirs,

I have read the posts concerning Font size, and someone asked about Font Style.

I'm not sure that was answered anywhere.

Can we use a Font of our own choosing?
Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life.

Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. Ecc.12:13

I get up, walk two steps, fall down and get up again only to repeat the same...if you meet me face down on life's pathway, please help me to get up.

Yes you may, so long as it is one of the fonts in the drop down menu.

Yes, Comic Sans conveys a certain professionalism to any and all postings. Whether on a forum such as this, or in professional documents, I highly recommend. Plus it lets everyone know that you're just a little zany and fun!
However, if you do want to convey artistic ability, then only Papyrus will suffice.

I recieved a resume recently that was written in a clown-ish font.

He didn't get hired.

My default font is courier for all other correspondence and business purposes. I don't employ it here simply because I never became accustomed to the alternate font applications on CPS. I think that I might start using it on CPS as well, if only because I know that it annoys hugodrax.

FWIW, Papyrus is supported, even though it's not in the dropdown menu.

Just sayin'.
