For some reason, lately I've been drooling over craggy, paneled Dunhill billiards. I didn't look for pictures, because I might buy one if I found it.

Yes, avoid the pics. Man alive, what a dorky pipe to want.

Go put up some drywall until this feeling passes.

Ignore Jake. He's a bit fuddled. Aggression is one of the first signs of dementia, you know.

Paneled pipes are pure perfection. I have a four panel Genod that I love. An eight paneled Comoy is an old friend. Interesting that you want it in sandblast. I have a very unusual Comoy you might like. It's too good for me.

Oh sure you could. It's amazing what another mortgage on the matrimonial home can buy these days!

If I ever suggested it, this is an artist rendition of what Mrs. UB's last glimpse of me would be:

I don't necessarily WANT it in sandblast, in fact I usually prefer smooth pipes because I appreciate grain patterns of briar, but I've seen two separate craggy versions on FB the last week or so and darn it if they didn't look awful purdy. I'm not so much a Dunhill fan, mostly due to pricepoint, but if one crossed my path I would certainly be tempted.

Looks like it has good graining, but I like pipes that have a deeper chamber.

Test that out at Chicago Pipe show, and I can provide observational data.
