You're killing me, Bob. We have a new taco stand near the office that I wanted to try today, but I was overruled. Vietnamese subs are the order of the day.

Had this while I was in El Paso for my father's funeral. It was one of his favorite places to eat, Casita Linda.

Went to lunch with my co-workers yesterday, I insisted that it was Taco Tuesday, but we ended up at the Fish & Chips place...it was good but it was not tacos. Next time I am going to be much less flexible.

Next time bring tortillas. Throw the fish, coleslaw, and tartar sauce in a tortilla. BOOM instant awesome. :taco:

I had Al Pastor tacos from a genuine taco shack for lunch today. They looked very simular to these:

As fate would have it, I had the opportunity to test this method today (with Doritos Locos tacos). I found that grasping it by the "meat line" was already the way which I naturally gripped my tacos (who knew?). So, points for Captain Obvious, I s'pose.

As for the rest, the method-in-question offered no discernible advantage over my traditional taco routine, other than involving superfluous steps.

Thank you, Internet.

I think we need more days of the week that start with the letter "T," so it alliterates with Taco. And none of that softie "Th," either. I want Taco Tursday and Taco Tryday.
