I was taught from an early age to pour oils from a pan into a can and then to wipe remaining fat from the pans with paper towels before washing.

I read this thread. It made me die a little inside. No...no...I died quite a bit.

I initially thought maybe somebody had hijacked AJM's account, but deep down I know that he has a dark side that sometimes manifests in this sort of thing. I grieve when the world can cause somebody like Morley to stoop so low.
