I Heart the Tobacco Fairy

The part of the church where the silliest things happen. Conversations that sound like they belong in the youth room will be moved here.

I would say that the Tobacco Fairy only visits good little boys and girls, but the Tobacco Fairy visited me.

I received an envelope from the tobacco fairy years ago, but it was just DL sending me samples of his blends to try... I guess that was back in the gag days...

The tobacco has brought much joy to our house this Fall. Gifts for the whole family. We're TF believers over here. :bacon:

Not sure why but reminds me of an old joke.

A little boy wrote a letter addressed only "To Jesus" so one of the people working at the post office opened the letter to see what was in it, so he found it was a letter ask Jesus for $300 because both his parents were out of work and need that amount to make rent so they would not end up homeless. The post office worker moved to pity took up a collect then and there but was only able to raise $275 but figured it would be enough. So delivered the money. A couple of weeks later, the post officer worker found another letter "To Jesus" so he opened and found it was thank you note from the boy who was greatful for the money and things were now much better for his family but had P.S. asking Jesus if he was going to send them more money not use the post office because theyare crooks who stole $25 from the envelope.

Um... the Tobacco Fairy left a box on my doorstep today, a birthday present it said. The tobacco fairy is generous and kind. I'm almost embarrassed to say what was left. Thank you tobacco fairy, sincerely.

Wait a minute, is the tobacco fairy coming to the Chicago show? I might get to thank him in person!

I rush home today to take care of a sick kid so Mrs Gabriel and the other kids can leave for church and I find this waiting for me:

Yay! I actually remember when Wayne posted this the first time. Not sure if I should be proud or embarrassed that I recognized it before I ever saw the stamp.
