Me either. One of the few times I actually am paraphrasing PG Wodehouse: he had two characters named Kathryn and Ethyl and everybody could tell that their families weren't quite pukka because of the y's. It changes the pronunciation, you know.

Kathryn does look pretty spelled that way. The only thing is Kathryn looks too much like Caitlyn. My bad.

No, but I met a Hollee the other day. That changed the pronunciation. Near as I could tell, it was pronounced "unemployable." :D
