I have known people who like to mix milk or cream with their soda (cola, root beer, DP). I tried it with root beer a time or two. Good stuff.
I've done that too! Loved it!

A coworker just turned me on to https://sodapopstop.com. Tons of old school brands and some weird stuff, too.

I had forgotten about Frosty Root Beer. Mmmmm.

No root beer love, eh? I no longer drink soft drinks, except when there is nothing else, but Root Beer is the absolute, hands-down superior thing to pour over ice cream, if one is feeling floaty, and that is good enough for me.
