Sundrop is a good one, though it has very limited distribution.

Generally speaking, I prefer Coke.

I don't consume soft drinks anymore. When I did, I always preferred RC Cola.

Coke is too sweet, Pepsi was better.

Strange how tastes differ. I've always found Pepsi much more sweet than coke.

As for RC Cola, I learned to like it as a kid because I found it easier to come up with thirty-five cents for Royal Crown vs fifty cents for coke.

It may not have been the best brand, but this was definitely the most familiar when I was a kid:

Yeah, I can't drink it anymore, either, and I really miss it. I always felt it was the perfect coke to go with BBQ.

This is exactly what I thought when I saw the poll. By far my all-time favorite. I used to buy a few cases when I traveled through the great state of Kentucky because it wasn't available near me. That all changed a couple years ago. The small grocery store at the end of my road now carries it and I am their best Ale8 customer.

Had it been a choice I would have selected Mello Yello; however, in its absence, I went with the similar but inferior Mountain Dew.

For every day drinking I would go with Dr Pepper.

But for when I am enjoying a cigar or pipe, I have found that cream soda is an excellent pairing.

I have known people who like to mix milk or cream with their soda (cola, root beer, DP). I tried it with root beer a time or two. Good stuff.
