#51 - Squat Rhodesian

Post by BrianMadsen » Sat Dec 30, 2017 1:15 pm

Hello guys!

This is my latest pipe, and the last of 2017.
The accent ring is box elder burl.

I would like to thank you all for a great year, especially to those of you who ordered a POY from me. I hope they serve you well!
Happy New Year to all of you!

Please tell me someone is already waiting her delivery. I’m having a hard time saying No to Credit Card Pipe spending right now.

Please lie to me if you need to.

Dern fine pipe.

Nive looking Rhodie, round shank and all.

I can't help but think about Rusty when I see a Rhodesian or a bulldog. We'd go 'round and 'round about what defined those shapes. I'm going to miss that.

Man you've gotten even better in the time I haven't been here. Keep it up. One day I'll own one.

Is there something I've missed? Has rusty left the forum or something?

I've discussed the subject with him as well.

Sorry, Brian, but we were informed by a friend of Rusty's that he passed away of a massive heart attack. There is a thread about it. A sad passing for sure.

I've only briefly checked in on things here lately so I missed this sad news. I'll think of him every time I'm working on or smoking one of his two most debated shapes.

This is a lovely pipe Brian!
