My wife and I - Surgeries

Post by sweetandsour » Mon Dec 04, 2017 10:04 am

Hand surgery this afternoon for me; supposed to be relatively minor.

Hernia surgery this Friday morning for my wife; more major surgery. I really appreciate your prayers for her.

Thanks.

That's a lot of surgeries.

Gonna need a lot of prayers.

Praying.

Please tell me you have somebody to look after you until at least one of you is fully functional.
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are not.

Thanks for your prayers everyone. My hand is done, is swollen and sore this morning. I'll just say this, that I can't even imagine people being nailed to a cross, whether through the hand, or wrist, either way.

Anyway, I'm only on Tylenol, cause I've got things to do and no time to sleep at the wheel with pain pills. My thoughts are only on my wife, for this Friday. I really appreciate yall's prayers for her.

I am sorry I've missed this until now. Praying for a full and quick recovery for you both.

Thanks for the prayers, please keep them coming for her. It was a long surgery, and it's going to be a long weekend in ICU. I'm sitting in waiting, continually lifting her up in prayer, even as I read and type.
