Mac Baren Old Dark Fired in a Vauen Adagio. I could smoke this tobacco every day until I get sick of it, then smoke it some more.

After having a couple of so-so smokes the last couple nights this afternoons smoke in the square with Old Hickory was spot on. Same M.Addis pipe and same Nording Labrador tobaco, but, it all clicked again.

Dunhill Flake in the JAG cutty. Wild Turkey 101 on the rocks. Two sleeping pups to my left, and the Winter Olympics down hill skiing on the idiot box.

Uphill skiing. It's what the Vikings would have done when they were bored. Did that make it into the Olympics? No. Well, at least we have curling. So, is bowling an Olympic sport? I mean, curling. Really? This is what kids did when they were not allowed to drill the pond to ice fish. This is a bored in the middle of February farm kid and all his siblings and cousins doing ANYTHING to keep from going crazy since they, by no fault of their own, mind you, were born to parents that choose to live in geographic areas where Tauntauns are more abundant than Pink Flamingos in Miami.

Frog Morton; in a Savinelli Octavia.

It's my first pipe smoke in a few years, and I'm very pleased.

Had a three day weekend and smoked a bit and enjoyed all, but, the last was a long walk with the dog and a wonderful smoke of Marlin Flake.
