CPS meetup pics

I don't remember if we already have such a thread as this. If there's one already I'll just move this there. If there isn't one we should have one anyway.

At any rate, I came to visit some of my family in the Dallas Texas area assuming that no CPSers lived nearby. Texas is a big state after all. It turns out I was wrong. With a day and a half left here I discovered that serapion lives just minutes away. So we managed a short meet up. It was a pleasure.

For the few readers that don't know, serapion is the fellow on the left.

I agree Gabe....and Jruegg being the visual, .jpg, .gif, pop up sort of guy that he is, would be the perfect guy for the job.

Rest assured pipes were had.

I got to show him my latest acquisition: a 40 year old Turkish meer.

Thunktank was kind enough to bring along some very fine aged FMOTT with him. It's been a long time since I had some and frankly I didn't remember it being as good as it was today. I chalk it up to Thunk's expert aging process.

Then we got to share a little thing I like to call fellowship which means he got to suffer through hearing me whine and offered some encouragement. He was nice enough not to run away in frustration. He walked instead.

All in all a privilege and an honor for me to finally meet him.

He wasn't whining and I was only frustrated with the impending family photo shoots I was about to participate in which might very well explain why I was walking instead of running.

If you were becoming a meson you would whine too. They don't last very long so it's good you got in a visit before he is completely Bosonic. His final state will likely be a bunch of neutrinos, maybe a muon, and a dim flash of light.

Did you ever post any pics of your visit with GA?
