PS blends

Post by mountainman » Tue Feb 27, 2018 1:59 pm

Tell me about PS blends. I’ve often heard good things about them, but never tried them. I like all sorts of tobacco, except 99% of aromatics out there. Lately I’ve been on a Va, Oriental, VaPer kick. Which PS should I try first?

Sounds like you should explore the Luxury Flake Series.

All the tobaccos in their luxury series are great.

PS makes a very decent tobacco at a good price. I consistently smoke their Luxery Twist Flake as well as the Bullseye Flake.

I also hear it ages very well. I purchased a couple pounds of LBF a year ago. About a pound is aging, other pound is being smoked.

Great stuff for the price.

Maaannnn. I’ve been fighting the TAD hard, sound Balkan Sasieni, and now you tell me this! I may have to place an order earlier that I planned. :D :cheese:

For my tastes, LBF and Proper English are their two best products. I've enjoyed a fair amount of Cube Cut, too.

Jim did you try English Oriental Supreme? I see you liked Proper English and I am looking for a decent English type tobacco to see if I like them.

Anyone else care to comment on Proper English v. English Oriental Supreme as a first tobacco to sample English style tobaccos?
I know I will be placing an order for PS LNF (I will also eventually get a couple of ounces of Bullseye and Twist someday too), but, I am looking at getting a PS English style tobacco to see if I like tobaccos in that bent too. Any comments on which PS English you prefer and why would be greatly appreciated.

No, I haven't tried that one. I don't smoke near as much latakia as I used to, so I'm not very adventuresome anymore.
