You know how to fix that right? Just throw a little baby powder in your shoe.

Noooo. 'twas a fair question. I've not tried it, can't say. But I mix it. I would think drying would be needed. The Perique is a bit sticky and it is in long shag rather than cubed/chopped.

I will say that the moisture content in my sample was perfect.

However, I missed out on the crappy sandwich bag.

It smokes wonderfully, and in my pipes left no moisture. I smoked it in a Teipen bent billiard, a Pietenpauw author and a Viprati freehand. Packs easily, stays lit. Lots of tasty smoke. It didn’t need any drying.

I waited until I saw mont post. I wasn’t sure we were allowed to chime in.

If you want to post my evaluation, DL, feel free.
I stand by it.

First the baby powder grows ovaries.
Then it gives them cancer.

First shake, good stuff, leather and pencil shavings on first light and then as the bowl progressed a dark sweetness emerged, the leathery Latakia ebbed and flowed throughout. I need to do a more in-depth sit down review, this time I was walking in the below freezing weather, so I was a bit distracted, next time, cigar shop, sit, smoke, write, then I’ll have a bit better reflections to share.

Good review. I like the Latakia enhancement of course, but get the bold notes mostly. Not an all day smoke for me, and dgt does not improve it. Better to go through an entire bowl when time allows. A very pleasant smoke, but for my tastes, I'm letting my sample dry out just a tad before the next bowl.

I just read that corn starch is s good substitute for baby powder.
But we know that’s not true.

It grows cobs.

Last night I had a large pipe stuffed with Foggy Bottom and a glass of scotch...I will say this blend goes very nicely with the scotch. The flavors really melded and complemented each other...just sayin'
