You seem to drink a lot of year old coffee. I’m curious about how you store your beans. Do you find any benefit to saving them for a year?
I've saved 'em for 3+ yrs past the Sell-By date (and not just the Roasting date).

And no, there's no particular benefit beyond extending the enjoyment of certain limited-editions 🍷🧐🍾 or stocking-up on killer deals 💵🤑💰.

Sounds like a nice cup from what I read...
"...we started with coffee from Kenya and then coaxed out its bright sweetness with balanced East African beans. Every intriguing sip reveals hints of tropical fruit and brown sugar."

I'm having a cup of Colombian (roasted a little past medium) with cream.

Aye. Very balanced and companionable in a way that straight-up Kenya often is not.

Even Kenyanoskeptics should cotton ta thissun.

Buffalo Trails - roast, by Roasters in Bozeman, MT, our home for 4 years once-upon-a-time! Good tasting. Was gifted to us by our daughter who lives in Missoula.
