Re: Whats for breakfast?
Pumpkin pie, pecan pie, toasted dinner rolls, ham, scrambled eggs, and coffee. I sneaked a shot of Bulliet Rye in there as well, that I'm pretty sure no one noticed.

Re: Whats for breakfast?
Same as every morning for the last 5 months or so, I lost 20lbs in that time too.
A few slices of bacon ends, on 1 slice of buttered toast, 2slices of cheese (right now it’s Gouda, next will be jalapeño Monterey Jack), topped with two eggs.
French pressed coffee brewed with a dash of cinnamon and cocoa powder, cream and honey added in my mug.
I dont want to mess with success.

Re: Whats for breakfast?
A simple omelette (had to google it to get the spelling right) with shredded sharp cheddar, cut up slices of maple sausage and a slice of American Cheese melted on top. Did not fold, cooked it slowly, and only added black pepper after it was done. It was tasty. No bread or anything else, just a lone omelette, cooked to perfection, which is now in my belly being dissolved by my digestive acids into protein nutrient for my body.

This morning it's an omelette with leftover ham and sharp cheddar cheese.
