Quaker Almond/ Raisin Granola w/ crumbled walnuts, Black Cherry Chobani Greek Yogurt, and 1/2 banana.

Headed to the local Baptist Hospital this morning for a "prayer breakfast" in the cafeteria. Hard canned biscuits, bland white gravy, mass scrambled eggs, half-done bacon, and maybe a link sausage or two, is what I'm thinking. And some bad coffee.

Haven't made it yet, but I think it will be a sausage, peppers, onions and cheese omelette, with 1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel

Taco - bacon, egg, and cheese with a modest slathering of salsa.

It was not crunchy and I did not need to read an article on how to eat it.
