Chocolate protein shake, eggs, ham, cheese, English muffin, French pressed coffee and cream.

General Mills has released Franken Berry, Boo-Berry, and Count Chocula for the season so went ahead a purchased some Boo-Berry for the kids. I might even sneak in a bowl for myself.
