Plans are for 3 small free-range eggs over medium, a slice of Jimmy Dean sausage, and 2 slices of Jewish rye toast buttered with blackberry preserves.

Buttered toast with walnuts and grape jelly, cantelope, and coffee. Fish oil pill, one-a-day vitamin, and a cinnamon capsule, on the side.

Cleaning out the fridge, so cubed ham, fresh brown mushrooms, fresh spinach, chopped yellow onion sauteed together and an omelette assembled with three eggs and grated sharp cheddar, topped with the last of a bottle of Pico Pica hot sauce. Even Mrs Hov remarked that I had created a masterpiece :oops:
