Was thinking about picking up a couple steaks from the grocery store for special dinner. Found out some 3-dot came home sick today. Talked to 3-dot. She was feeling a little better. Not better enough for steak. 3-dot suggested Pho. Genius. Got 2 large chicken pho to split up. Ate. Yum.

I wanted pho tonight. Rita didn't.

Got deluxe vermicelli for lunch. Still have not tried Pho. I keep going out for it, and always get the vermicelli. I'm a creature of habit Image

Have loved the Vietnamese Fish Sauce from the first time I tried it. Had become friends with a Vietnamese family when I lived in Marin County, CA, and they made those cold Spring Rolls with transparent rice paper. I also remember a type of horseradish served with it.
