Enjoyed the video, HOV.
I’ve never seen a range with electronic spotting like that! Nifty. I want one.

Two observations:

I cannot imagine anyone allowing a course having a major roadway passing under it.

And that archaic prone position. Has nobody taught those “ferriners” modified Estonian (right leg drawn up to get your tummy off the ground)? I can see those front sights pulsing from here.

I would never trust Americans with a set up like that. I wouldn’t trust Australians with it either.

https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/second- ... l-case.amp

The case, New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. New York City, at a minimum will decide whether or not a New York City law that limits residents' ability to transport their guns outside of their homes is constitutional.

"What other constitutional right has to meet such a standard? Can the government take away the freedom of religion from people who can’t prove they really need their faith? How about someone’s freedom of speech or their right to due process under the law?"

"The Second Amendment protects a right to “bear arms,” as in to carry them. Our Second Amendment rights don’t end at our front doors. The Heller and McDonald decisions upheld this basic right. Now it’s up to the Supreme Court to insist that law-abiding citizens get to utilize it."

The USAF considers much of the American West a firing range. The impact areas are marked on aeronautical charts.
Aussies would have to shoot via underpasses since its all upside down there

I just finished reading about Hemingway in the latest St Austin Review, and then this shows up on the internet.

Swiss K-31 rifle vs steel buffalo at 2240 yards
I found this interesting, but I'm a K-31 fan.
YMMV.

I am too. I didn’t get one when they were reasonably priced. I had a client who had about five of them. She was a hoarder and kept saying that she would sell me one, but she wouldn’t unclenche.

I do think about long range shooting from time to time. If I can find the time.

BSA Troop 223 went to a rifle range last month.
I heard that everyone had a good time.

I want to know people's experiences with Walther PPK/S pistols. I'm having troubles with mine and need some advice.

I shot one. A buddy of mine used to have one. I chose to purchase it’s uglier cousin, Bersa T. She’s the same idea, dressed a bit differently. She eats everything realibly.

At one point she was stove piping rounds due to tired springs in the magazine. So I replaced that magazine. Another time I put a spring on backwards, the one that goes around the barrel. That was a problem for a moment before I realized what I did. My neighbor did that to one of his autos and was all kinds of frustrated. He finally came to me for help. I fixed the issue immediately to his amazement.

On a side note. My neighbors have said at a neighborhood that in the case of civil breakdown, they’re coming to my house for protection.

Hogleg doesn’t come around anymore, but he had lots of experience with the PPK/s. Might be worth a PM.

Mrs Gabriel has wanted one forever, I’d be curious about y’all’s experience.
