Cream of Wheat = Wheat Farina, Partially Defatted Wheat Germ, Papain (Enzyme), Calcium Carbonate, Ferric Phosphate (Source Of Iron), Niacin, Thiamin Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) Folic Acid.)

Polenta/Grits = Ground Corn (or maybe Ground dried Hominy)

I eat toast every morning. Don't care for cereal.

My wife, though, she eats cereal morning, noon, and night. She has a serious problem. I should get her to respond to this thread.

One of my favorite breakfasts is oatmeal (steel cut or instant) w/ butter & brown sugar & toast with butter. There's just something about the sweet oatmeal & salty toast. We should start a breakfast thread.

This morning Old Fashioned Rolled Oats with a small handful of crushed raw walnuts, four strawberries, cinnamon and a bit of stevia. Mid morning snack was a hard steamed egg.

Generic corn flakes with a spoon of sugar, simply because the real thing costs more than gas (says a lot here).

Cascadian Farms Organic Berry Vanilla Puffs.
I recently spotted them at Costco, and bought a gigantic box. Good thing I like 'em! They're like Berry Berry Kix, only all natural flavors & colors, and non-GMO organic corn.

No cereal for another week or so. I'm back on CFMWL protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, repenting for my overeating on vacation. Once I shed 3 or 4 pounds and get back comfortably below 150 I'll be back on my usual rotation of shredded wheat, grapenuts, cheerios and raisin bran.
