Sounds like someone could use a bowl or two of Fiber One.
How is it that everyone else posts whatever sh#t is on their plate and I'm the one you think needs to take a dump?
Here's some :pie: as a peace offering.
Bah, no peace offering necessary. I couldn't get mad at you if I tried, Jim. Wish I had some pie.

I love cereal, but haven’t had it in a very long time. Even the healthy stuff jacks with my blood sugar badly.

Corn Flakes. Cornflakes taste good with blueberries and walnuts mixed in. Also use whole milk not the fake milk water. Cheerios are tasty but float up when you pour in the milk and overflow onto the counter. Raisin Bran is pretty good but you can make your own with raisins and bran flakes and throw in some walnuts, blueberries or even better pecans for a pleasurable dining experience.

Best toast to eat with cereal is a slice of whole wheat with a slice of jalapeno jack cheese toasted in the oven. Put a link of precooked and nuked maple sausage on it and fold it over. When you take a bite and then a spoonful of corn flakes/walnut/blueberry/milk with it, the contrast of the sweetness of the cereal and salty cheesy sausagey toasty goodness marries together in your mouth perfectly.

Y'all had enough? I could go on.

I just had a bowl of Raisin Bran with extra walnuts and blueberries and yogurt instead of milk. Delicious.
