Someone just posted a half dozen Divco pictures on a FB page I'm a member of for Truckin' Tuesday. I was going to post a few here, but then worried that maybe the project was in the crapper and I didn't want to upset Thunk so I decided not to. And then, the very first thing I see on CPS this morning is Thunks update. Must be a god thing.

No, convertible. you could put spotlights in the back for instant lightshow when you set up somewhere.

I like the way you think.

Hey Thunktank, how much of your money can we spend on this project?

I missed this thread earlier; my father was a dairy driver in the '50s and rolled a DIVCO in a ditch when a wheel came off just after leaving for his route.

He said the worst part was the mess,, broken glass and milk.

Our local dairy still delivers glass bottles. Used DIVCO trucks for decades, even tried to keep the fleet going years after DIVCO stopped supporting thier old models / went busted. Had a relative who scouted out used trucks and parts all over the Midwest for them; they finally gave up. GMC now.

Looking forward to seeing the progress!

A few days ago I went to go see a DIVCO getting built. It's using the same Corvette engine we have.

Lots of room

Taking pics of suspension and motor mounting. This one is being built with a Mustang front end, I have Crown Victory for mine.

More to come. . .

Mine is not as fancy and seriously lacking in the wow factor, but it gets the job done.
