I'm smoking a pipe tobacco made in England (Sam Gawith Lakeland Dark) in a pipe made in France (Vintage Ropp Stout Zulu) lit by matches made in Thailand and using a tamper made in PNG.

Interesting idea. But, I have to say, that pipe doesn't look like you at all.

I've always liked the Zulu, and I certainly like that particular iteration, right there. Good show, sir!

And, are the matches really that big, or is that forced perspective?

Hush, you. We don't talk about size here.

Who am I kidding? We talk about it all the time.

Here's a quick comparison with Swan Vestas.

The Thai matches are kinda scary.. 1/2 of the lit match head will fly about and the burn rate on the wood is quite intense.

I do love matches over lighters for pipes tho.

I've only ever seen those stubby little Swans.
