Started this a week ago. Dropped 7 pounds. Had to work on getting enough fiber.

Nice! Congrats.

The constipation issue shouldn't be a problem for me. A 1/4 cup of milk works as a great laxative for me since I'm lactose intolerant if I need to "cheat" a little to get things moving. So far, it's not an issue.

Having a ground flax seed muffin twice a day helped me out. That and a lot of water.

I fell off of the keto wagon for a while..

I couldn't resist eating fresh fruits like cantaloupe, cherries, a d that lead to pineapple and other sugary stuff.

I told myself that it's better than ice cream and other junk.

Anyway, I'm back on and flying straight.

Congrats to all who are losing weight!

You can’t eat any fruit? Maybe that’s what God meant when he told Adam and Eve not to eat from a certain tree in the Garden. It was the fruit tree, all the others had nuts.

Hit my first goal of under 200 this morning. Feels good. That's 21 lbs down. Next goal is 190 and then either to maintain that or go to 185. I'd like to stay bw 185-190.

Nice job JM.

I weighed in today and have lost 6.9 lbs in four days. Pretty incredible really. I'm struggling to get 2000 calories in per day and have almost 1000 calories in the bank. I'm certainly not starving. I'm probably eating more volume-wise than usual.

Wheres the Like button?

Seriously tho, if you get enough healthy fats in everyday you'll never even be hungry.

Look for keto coffee and "Fat Bombs" if you struggle to get enough fat in.

Keep up the great work and enjoy the weight loss

I’m thinking about starting this diet soon. But. . .

Now that I've cut out the carb loaded fruits I was eating, the weight is flying off again.

Had a Home Group/Bible Study bbq dinner last night. Usually a pain for eating low carb. One of the other couples has gone keto and brought some yummy stuff. There were lots of left over hamburger rolls. Woot. :bacon:

The "new" pants that I bought 5 days ago are now too big.

I (my wife actually) dug the tags out of the garbage can yesterday and am going to exchange them.

I bought a new belt.

That is all.

Nice job Jocose!

I tried doing this for a few days. I’m living with some Latin ladies right now. Keto is not going to happen at the moment. God bless the Mexican arm of the family and their hospitality and food. The funney part is that Spanish is spoken more often than not in this house and somehow I understand all Spanish language that is food related just fine. :chili:
