Ride a skateboard downhill at a speed of at least 50mph.
I've done that.

Wait, on purpose?
I thought a bucket list was just things you wanted to do, not things that might require you to be cleaned up with a sponge and a bucket.
I did it at the age of 49, on purpose. Pad up and use the right equipment.
I don't know if it was that fast, but I've done it a hundred times already.

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes.

It is an experience literally unlike any other.

Too fat.

That’s a convenient excuse. You need to drop the pounds sooner rather than later, anyway, so you can run and play with your boy. Once you do, climb into that tandem harness and don’t look back. You will not regret it.
You already have "lose 50 pounds" on your list. Just do that first.

A five gallon white poly with a snap on lid,
three gallon galvanized steel, and a
two gallon Fortiflex made in Puerto Rico from recycled rubber tires
are all on my bucket list.

I made a list of 30 5hings to do before I turned 30 and accomplished most of them. I will be 40 in a little over 2 years so this is mainly a list of things to accomplish before I die.

1. Get a tattoo.
2. See Blues Traveler in concert.
3. Get a paid ministry job.
4. Start a college fund for Solomon.
5. Write and publish another book.
6. Finish reading the Apocrypha.
7. Take Solomon on an awesome vacation.
8. Take part in the 40 days for life each year.
9. Get ordained.
10. Go to someplace new.
11. Potty train Solomon.
12. Take the wife somewhere fancy or destination vacation for one anniversary.
13. Buy a full box of cigars.
14. Be an extra in a movie.
15. Sponsor a POY for someone.
16. Move back to the mountains.
17. Meet a few CPS people.
18. Play in a concert.
19. Learn to sew.
20. Lose at least 50 lbs.
21. Play a round of real golf.

Trying for 40 things. Any suggestions?

I can't count the times when I've been up and active for 30-40 hours straight. Of course I can no longer do that. And indeed it's not wise to drive when tired.
As an aside, Ive been looking at your list. I could conceivably include 3 of your 21 items on my own bucket list ( although they're not). At least nine of your items, although not ever on a bucket list, I've already done (wrt my own wife, kids, etc). Ive no interest in the remaining items. There's nothing wrong with your list. It just demonstrates how different we are I guess.

Bobby Sheehan is (was) my bass hero. Always admired his playing. I have seen Blues Traveler twice, but both times were post-Bobby. First show was in 2000, IIRC, and they were starting to debut songs that would be on the album that would later be released as “Bridge”. Great show - I even got to meet Popper (who gave me one of his harmonicas, signed) and Brendan. Second time was a few years ago, and Popper was performing with a cold and sounded horrible.

Experience the northern lights and see whales up close and personal. Both items could happen in the same vaca / trip.
