That's a lot. Too much, by some advisors.

But if you are starting a serious weight-loss program, then some rapid loss at first is normal -- and very encouraging.

It's expensive. It was working for my buddy, so I tried it. I've had an incredible boost in energy, going from almost chronic fatigue to lots of energy.

I've not been working out but I've been working daily roofing the house and cutting trees and splitting lots of fire wood, mowing and building stuff so I've been quite active.

It's working. I have a goal to loose 80 more pounds.

I had diarhea and puking for a week. Cut out soft drinks for almost three weeks and actually gained weight.

So I had a little hiccup in my weight loss plan.

I make too much stomach acid and the new diet seemed to stop that problem, so I didn't get my prescription refilled.

Had to spend a week eating rice and crackers and fish and Rice and more rice. I didn't gain anything, but I didn't lose anything either.

So as of today, I have lost 30 pounds at the 60 day mark. I guess half a pound a day isn't too bad huh.
