Latest Libation

Post by joegoat » Fri Jul 03, 2020 9:16 pm

What adult beverage are you enjoying? If it's a cocktail, the recipe would be appreciated!
I'm currently sipping on a lovely gin and tonic.
I'm using a 20 oz glass: Two parts gin, five parts tonic water, half a lime squeezed, and topped with ice.
To they're light, crisp, cool and oh so refreshing.

My eldest daughter and I made homemade beef stew. The recipe called for a dry red wine. We used a Pinot Noir. I drank the rest while watching Hamilton with my daughters.

I have made many a gin tonic here during our summers and you are correct, they are refreshing. Gonna have to make some more.

A double Yamazaki 12 with a 10 year old island Cohiba.

Good way of capping off a birthday.

But its bedtime now.
