Tony,

It was 78 degrees in South Dakota yesterday.

I actually rode my motorcycle to work today.

I don't blame you for wanting to get away from the cold. The older I get the more I don't like being cold and I totally understand why people move south when they get older.

Blessings,
Daniel

I was hoping to - but the streets were wet from the rain last night. I decided I didn't want to show up for work with wet calves. Now I'm regretting - I should have put on rain pants. It's gorgeous out!

Absolutely! I love this weather. It's 73 here right now. I want to get on the golf course. Any other golfers out there?

I've had to mow my lawn twice in the last few weeks, & it's looking like it needs it again already. Plus I have 3 more lawns to mow tomarrow for my dad, at his rental units! I wouldn'y mind a little snow right about now. 8)

We're actually starting to look like the weather may be turning here - we had our typical late snow storm last week (hopefully we won't get on in April this year), and we may see 70 this weekend. Here's hoping I can put away the heavy coat!

That was the weirdest thing about the time I lived in Rapid City. Snow & freezing weather , next day sunny & 85 snow totally melts off by noon, & then it rains, or snows 6 more inches by the evening, & then melts off again the next morning. It was really hard to get my son togeather in time to go sliding because the snow would come & go so quickly.

Dave, I work at the Prudhoe Bay Oilfield in Deadhorse, AK. It's on the Northernmost shore of AK, a couple hundred miles above the artic circle. I was saying I won't be missing this because I only have two weeks left at this job and then I'm going back home to Amarillo, TX to start my own computer business.

Blessings, Tony

That's one thing I've always missed being in North Texas as opposed to South is the bluebonnets. I have some great pictures of my niece and nephew playing in thsoe blue fields last year (and even one of my nephew picking one which is illegal in Texas, but he wasn't but 18 months old :) )

I might have to make a trip down to see my brother while they're blooming this year.

Blessings, Tony
