I used this one to cut up some Fusilier's Ration. It is a folding lock blade Western from the Boulder. CO factory just before they sold the company.

I’d keep posting to this thread, but it would just be me posting the same two knives over and over again...

Yesterday, I opened the silverware drawer and pulled out a knife. I can honestly state that this knife did a wonderful job of spreading the peanut butter on my sandwich.

I chuckled out loud.

I just used this gaudy bad boy to trim back a sharp snag in the floor mat under my desk:

Sikayo is the Zulu word for "Sharp!" And yes, it is very much so. But I love that knife for its beauty, it is just fun to hold. I took that photo of it during the summer months, when a neighbor had gifted me with a bunch of her fresh-picked peppers. So yeah, true, those peppers are pretty, too!

#6 Opinel (carbon) to cut the best burrito I've ever eaten. From a tiny Colombian joint in Golden CO. So tiny we had to sit at a table on the sidewalk. Snow was falling and a fiddler was busking under an awning on the corner. I'm sure I've had a better meal (certainly more expensive) but I can't remember when.
